Privacy Policy

Mobile Golf Swing Lab analyzes your swing videos entirely on your device. We do not collect, upload, or have access to your videos, and we run no servers that receive them.
Video Analysis
When you import a swing video, it is copied into the app's temporary storage and analyzed on your device using Apple's on-device Vision framework. Your video and the resulting body-position analysis are never uploaded to us or to any third party. Exported videos leave your device only when you choose a sharing destination yourself (for example, saving to Photos or sharing to another app).
Local App Data
The app keeps a small local counter of how many free analyses you've used, stored in your device's Keychain rather than in a location cleared by deleting the app. This counter contains no personal information, is never transmitted anywhere, and exists solely to apply the app's free-trial limit consistently. It is not used to identify or track you, and it is not shared with us, Apple, or anyone else.
Subscriptions
Subscription purchases and payment details are handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We never receive or store your payment-card information. The app receives only a verified subscription status from Apple, which it uses locally to unlock subscribed features.
Analytics and Advertising
Mobile Golf Swing Lab contains no advertising, no third-party analytics or tracking software, and no account system of any kind.
Children's Privacy
Mobile Golf Swing Lab does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13, because it does not collect personal information from any user.
Changes to This Policy
If this privacy policy ever changes — for example, if a future version of the app adds a feature that involves data collection — this page will be updated and the "Effective date" above will reflect the change.
